Highlights from the last fellowship meeting (25 June)

We have received funding from Creative Scotland.
Vendors applications to close at the end of June
Day volunteers sign-ups to open pre-HebCelt - to be arranged
Safeguarding training to be rolled out to all shortly.
Tickets for this year's OH!CON should be on sale by early August.

Deadline for proposals for this year's OH!CON programme is 23 July. If you have an idea for OH!CON, you need to let us know by the deadline. You don't have to have everything worked out, just the outline of what you want to do is fine, but you need to tell us so we can make sure we have the resources, room, budget etc to fit it into this year's programme.

Help needed

Ploigh - An afternoon of OH!CON activities for 7-12yrs at Barvas. Volunteer to help at Ploigh (1 July 2026)
HebCelt - We're running a tent of OH!CON activities. Sign-up to volunteer at Hebcelt (16-18 July)
e-tournament - Monday 27 July. In partnership with An Lanntair Youth Board we're holding an afternoon of gaming with two Smash Bros competitions. Looking for people who can help oversee the gaming equipment, help with setting up etc. Contact us at beammeup@ohcon.info
