Vendor tables
OH!CON is primarily focused on talks, workshops and activities, but we do reserve some space for vendors. If you are a business or creative that would like a table at this year's event, here's what you should know:
- We only accept applications from vendors who fit OH!CON's theme (sci-fi, fantasy, comics, games and other nerdy stuff).
- We do not provide any sales infrastructure - you must arrange your own payment methods. We can't guarantee that you will have access to a power socket.
- You must have your own public liability insurance (we'll ask you for a copy of your certificate in advance of the day).
- OH!CON is a relatively small event with a limited footfall (around 500 people). If you are planning to travel a distance to sell at OH!CON, please be aware that your sales may not cover your costs.
- Currently, we do not charge for tables. However, if you have a successful day, we would be happy to accept an item which we could use as a prize, or you could contribute something to our charity collection.
- There are only a limited number of tables available and we may not be able to allocate tables to all applicants.
If you would like to apply for a table, please complete our application form by 31st July. We will contact you in the first week of August. In the meantime, if you have any questions, get in touch.
